Headline Information
Our GCSE short course results were a big improvement on last year achieving over 67% A* - C. We look forward to even greater success next year including a new full course GCSE cohort.
Our A Level results are always amongst the best in the school for value added. Many of our students have gone on to study the subject further at degree level or associated humanities subjects like History and Law. This has been at universities such as Oxford, Reading, SOAS and UCL.
Information About the Department
The department is well resourced with a wide range of up to date materials run by an experienced head of department who is active in RS in the local and wider community.
At GCSE level we look at a range of social issues through the eyes of Muslim and Christian believers as well as those of no faith. At A Level we offer a unique experience of studying the religions of Islam and Judaism. As far as we are aware we are the only school in the country that does this.
