  Platinum Route: A Levels & BTEC Level 3

  The Platinum Route is a 2 year, Level 3 course. Students on this course will study 4 subjects in Year 12, typically dropping to 3 subjects in Y13.  Progression to Year 13 is usually dependent upon a pass grade in the exams at the end of Year 12.
  
  

  Entry into the Platinum Route requires a minimum of seven A*-C GCSE passes or equivalent to include English or Maths, OR five A*-C GCSE passes or equivalent to include English and Maths.

• Gold Courses
  

  Gold Route: GCSEs & BTEC Level 2

  We offer courses to students joining our Sixth Form to cater for all levels of prior academic achievement and types of learning style.
  
  

  The Gold Route is a one year, Level 2 course, designed to prepare students for their next level of study. If you lack the qualifications to move on to Level 3 courses, this course offers you a second chance.
  
  

  The Gold Route offers retakes in English and Maths GCSE and a  choice of vocational courses. Successful completion of this course could mean progression to a 2 year, Level 3 course, giving a total of 3 years in Sixth Form.
  
  

  Entry into the Gold Route requires a minimum of three D passes and three E passes at GCSE, with Maths and English at grade E or higher.
